This is the provision list that we use to stock up the sailboat in the winters and the cottage in the summers.

Powdered whole milk is a staple on our provision list. It mixes quickly into a full fat liquid milk that's delicious for drinking or hot cocoa.
I
use it in recipes that call for milk (like pancake batter) the
powder goes into the dry ingredients and just add water instead of milk.
It helps to stretch
the fresh milk supply when we're away from shore and doesn't take up room in the small fridge.
